Michele Carey, born Michele Lee Henson was the son of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr the American doctor and Thelma B. Burnell Henson. Michele Carey, or Michele Lee Henson, was first born on February 26, 1942 in Annapolis, Maryland, United States of America. As a teenager, she became an expert pianist, and was crowned the winner of a contest in the Chicago Music Festival. Her family settled in Fort Collins in Colorado, and she completed her high school education in Fort Collins High School in 1960. In the year 1966, her performance in the role of Josephine Joey MacDonald in El Dorado attracted more notice. In the 1960s, she gained notoriety for her work in the role of an actress.
