Anna Silk

Anna Silk is a Canadian actor born January 31, 1974. She is best known for her role as Bo in the Showcase Television show Lost Girl. Silk is an actor from Canada who was born in Fredericton New Brunswick. Ilkay Silk and Peter Silk were both academics. Ilkay was also a writer, producer, and director. She's the Director of Drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna can recall some of her earliest memories of existence, such as watching and participating in rehearsals of stage plays. Silk produced a number of commercials when she was still a kid. In 1997, she graduated with a bachelor's degree at St. Thomas University. Her early theater experience includes at the very least two productions for Theatre St. Thomas: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Silk relocated out of Toronto and moved to Los Angeles within the decade following 1999. Seth Cooperman met Silk at an Actors Workshop held in Los Angeles, in 2007. Following their engagement in 2008, the couple were married in the year 2009. In April of 2011, they renewed their vows at a Jewish ceremony in Fredericton following her conversion to Judaism. Silk Cooperman was born in May 2013and had a son named Samuel Jerome Cooperman. Levi Aaron, Silk's second child was born in the month of the month of May in 2016. Silk has a number of TV roles, including Cassidy Holland from Being Erica. Silk was nominated for an award called the Gemini in 2009 to play this character. Silk was cast in the lead role as Bo Dennis, a succubus and a succubus on the television show Lost Girl. Silk became pregnant during filming of season three's finale, and revealed this to the viewers during the Showcase's Season Three Pre-Show Special on 6 January 2013. On June 4, 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures announced the start of production on the fourth season and on June 20 2013 Silk tweeted that she was ready to the set of the show. CNN's Cable News Network named her performance as Bo along with Lauren (Zoie Parker) in Lost Girl as same-sex couples as one of their most-loved television Couples. E! named the couple as the top Television Couple for 2013. Entertainment Television. Silk has a huge online fan base on Facebook and Twitter, as a direct consequence of its success.
